Alenic Ltd is the official distributor for the VOCA TC-X within the
UK and EU Territory. If you require support please follow the
instructions outlined on the official website.
Limited Warranty: Alenic Ltd hereby warrants that the VOCA
TC-X is free from defects in parts, materials and workmanship for
a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, when
purchased from us directly or an approved vendor / partner.
Should any repairs or servicing under this warranty be required
by you during the limited warranty term, please contact the
Customer Support Team at www.vocafresh.com for instructions
on how to pack and ship your VOCA TC-X back to Alenic Ltd.
Do not send any parts of the VOCA TC-X or the Voca TC-X itself to
Alenic Ltd without obtaining a Return Merchandise
Authorisation (RMA) number and/or instructions.
All costs for shipping any parts of VOCA TC-X or the VOCA TC-X
itself to Alenic Ltd will be paid for by the Customer. All costs for
return shipment of Customer products from Alenic Ltd to the
same address the Customer’s product came from will be paid for
by Alenic Ltd. Alenic Ltd require products to be returned before
a replacement product may be issued.
This warranty is VOID if: a) the Product Safety instructions for
proper usage of the Products are not followed; b) accidental
damage occurred caused by the user or user’s home
environment; or c) if VOCA TC-X has been tampered with.
