access and/or other mobility features. The minivan has been brought by the customer to the VMI Mobility Equipment Dealer (“MED”) listed
below where it has been determined that the repair sought by the customer is most likely covered by the Toyota LIMITED WARRANTY and
should be performed by an authorized Toyota Dealer.
