Principle of Operation
The Elite lift is powered by two 12 volt, DC electrical motors wired to the electrical system of the vehicle.
The UP and DOWN functions operate when one of the motors turns a drive screw which propels the
platform along a steel track. At the end of travel, a magnetic limit switch activates a second motor which
raises and lowers the platform assembly to the ground. The lift is activated via a switch unit at the end
of an electrical cord, or via remote control and will complete a half cycle by depressing and holding the
appropriate switch.
WARNING!
READ MANUAL BEFORE INSTALLING THE LIFT.
FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS
BODILY INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
