1) Send the short message: *master= user cell-phone number:1234# to the SIM card inside the
device.
Got the reply as: Master number is ***************. It shows the GSM network is fine.
2) To check the LED, to see if the blue blinking. If not, please check the connection of ATN.
3) Dial the SIM card number in the device by user's cell-phone, to listening in.
If all of them worked fine, next.

The device identify owner by phone number and password. Every device only has one master
number. User could set it with the SMS:

After owner's cell-phone got the success feedback, owner could set other number as the
