4. Enter your passcode. (If you have not yet changed
the passcode, enter the default:
0000.) The Parental
Controls menu is displayed.
5. Use the
Up/Down Arrow buttons on the remote (or
the ˇ/ ˆ controls on the DTV) to highlight
TV and press
OK. The TV menu is displayed with a list of rating
types.
6. For each rating type you wish to lock or unlock, use
the
Up/Down and Left/Right Arrow buttons on the
remote (or the - / + and ˇ/ ˆ controls on the TV) to
highlight the rating type and press
OK.
• When the rating type is
blocked, the lock icon
appears
locked. Content with this rating cannot
be viewed.
• When the rating type is
unblocked, the lock icon
appears
unlocked. Content with this rating can
be viewed.
7. When you have selected all of the rating types you
wish to lock or unlock, press
EXIT.
