TIRE INFLATION KIT
TIRE INFLATION
Attach 1/4" NPT Male quick connect coupler to one 1/4" NPT female port in your air tank, this fitting will allow
you to have a quick connect point in your air system.
Connect the coil hose to this fitting in the tank using the side were the stud is installed.
Connect the tire inflation gun to the coil hose and connect to a tire valve stem by opening the air chuck first in
the tire inflation gun, pushing towards the valve steam and the releasing the air chuck.
IMPORTANT
: Make sure the tire valve stem is tight before starting inflating the tire.
To start the inflation squeeze the inflation trigger on the inflation gun. This will allow the air stored in your air
tank to flow into your tire.
To check tire's pressure release inflation trigger on the inflation gun and allow the needle of the gauge to
settle.
If the tire is over-inflated you can press the air bleed button located on the side of the inflation gun to
decrease pressure until the desired value.
USING THE BLOW GUN AND INFLATING OTHER ITEMS
To use the blow gun disconnect the tire inflation gun from the coil hose (if connected).
Connect the blow gun to the coil hose using the quick connect stud, then attach the blow gun tip.
To start blowing air squeeze the blow trigger on the blow gun.
To inflate items such as sport balls, inflatable toys and other low pressure items remove the blow gun tip from
the blow gun and using the safety blow gun tip attach the desire adapter to the blow gun. For sport balls use
the inflation needle.
Insert adapter into the inflatable.
To start the inflation squeeze the blow trigger on the blow gun.
IMPORTANT
: Small items likes volleyballs, footballs, etc. inflate very rapidly. When inflating such items check by
feel or by a reliable measuring device to determine accurate pressure.
STORAGE
Always store this inflation kit using the included carry bag to protect the inflation gun and hose.
