For HTTP push server (MJPEG):

For RTSP (MP4 and H264), the user needs to input theURL below into an RTSP compatible player.

The time
camera receives
the request.
Reference time for maxsft and minsft.
(This provides more precise time control to eliminate the
inaccuracy due to network latency.)
