A long “beep” tone indicates that the handset has de-registered itself at the base-station

DECT Handset Setup Menu
We provide an interface for technicians to enter parameters on the handset such as clock display info,
ringer tone, and to active DECT registration and de-registration. Details below.
(I)
To acceess the setup menu on the DECT handset
1.
Enter the code, “# 0 8 8 HOLD” in idle state / standby mode.
2.
Hear a short “beep” tone
3.
See that you are in the first level of the setup menu
(II)
To navigate the setup menu on the DECT handset
Use the “VOL+“ and “VOL-” buttons for going up and down the menu, respectively.
Press “HOLD” key for confirmation of selection or changes made.
Press “On-hook” key,
to exit the menu.
