Attach the rear axle assembly to rear legs of Stroller

until it clicks into place.
STEP 4
Wrap the straps located under the basket of Stroller
(A)
around the frame. Run the long
strap through both d-rings on the shorter strap, starting with the d-ring on top. Separate the
d-rings with your fingers and loop the strap back in, passing it back up through the d-ring
on top. Pull the strap firmly to secure.
