Tip:

 To easily rotate the dial anticlockwise (to the left), hold the camera in both hands 

and place your right thumbnail in the grooves on the bottom of the dial. Gently move the 
dial to the mode setting you desire. To move the dial clockwise (to the right), place your 
left thumbnail in the grooves on the bottom of the dial.
