4. Operating instructions

Let the appliance cool down when necessary.

Open the lid (1) of the appliance and remove the basket insert (14).

To prevent lime scale from building up and damaging the control panel, empty the
water tank sideways, and wipe it dry using a piece of cloth.
4.4 Cleaning metal watch straps
1.
Open the lid (1) of the appliance.
2.
Place the basket insert (14) in the water tank (3).
3.
Place your watch on the supplied watch-holder (13).
4.
Place the watch-holder (13) in the basket insert.
NOTE:
As the watch-holder rises above the
MAX
marking, you can place watches in the
appliance and do not need to remove the watch from the strap.
WARNING:
If the watch itself is immersed in the liquid, it may be damaged by the ultrasonic
waves during the cleaning process.

Fill the water tank (3) with water. Ensure that the water level does not rise above the
MAX
marking inside the water tank. Do not overfill the appliance.

The liquid must cover the strap to be cleaned, but should never come above the
MAX
marking.

Close the lid (1) of the appliance.

Connect the plug to a suitable wall outlet. The voltage indicated on the type plate of
the appliance must correspond with your mains voltage.
9.
Depending on the type and size of the items to be cleaned as well as how dirty
they are, use the timer button (11) to select one of three operating times 2, 4 or 6
minutes. Please refer to the
cleaning table
.
10.
Select the operating time by repeatedly pressing the timer button (11).
11.
It is not recommended to clean the strap longer than 4 minutes.
