4. Operating instructions
4.3 Switching the appliance on and off
1. Press the button (7) for about 5 seconds. A signal tone sounds and the indicator (5)
flashes blue. The appliance is switched on.
2. Press the button (7) for about 5 seconds. A signal tone sounds and the indicator (5)
lights up blue for about 1 second. The appliance is switched off.
4.4 Connecting external Bluetooth® appliances
NOTE: The Bluetooth® function can only be used, if no audio cable is connected
to the AUX IN port (1).
1. Switch the appliance on.
2. The indicator (5) flashes blue. After about 10 seconds, the appliance is ready to be used
in
Bluetooth® mode.
3. Switch on
the
Bluetooth® function of your external appli
ance, which you want
to connect to this appliance.
4. To establish a connection with this appliance, select “BTLS9001” from the displayed
list of
Bluetooth® appliances. If a password is requested, enter 0000.
5. Was a connection established successfully, the indicator (5) will
be constant
blue. A short signal tone will sound.
NOTE: Was the appliance switched off and back on, a connection will automatically
be established to the last connected Bluetooth® appliance, if the Bluetooth®
function of the external appliance is activated and available.
NOTE: Only one external Bluetooth® appliance can be connected to this appliance
at one time. The connected Bluetooth® appliance has to be disconnected from
this appliance first, before another Bluetooth® appliance can be connected.
4.5 Connecting external appliance via the AUX IN port
1. Switch the appliance on.
2. Connect a audio cable (not included) with the AUX IN port (1). The indicator (5) lights
up green. The
Bluetooth®
mode is deactivated automatically.
3. Connect the other end of the audio cable with the port of the external appliance. You
can now playback audio files via this appliance.
