If you’re having an issue with your diffuser, try these
quick fixes first.
If there is no mist coming out of your diffuser:
Make sure the water is not higher than the water
line shown on the water reservoir. If this doesn’t
solve the problem, try emptying the water reservoir
and gently wiping it out with a paper towel. Rinse
out the inner plastic lid as well, and follow the
instructions for cleaning the inside of your diffuser.
If there is still no mist coming out, don’t hesitate to
reach out to us.
If your diffuser is spilling water:
Don’t panic! The first thing you should do is turn
off your diffuser. Make sure that the inner plastic
lid and the stone cover are properly in place. If the
diffuser continues to leak or spill water, get in touch
with us and we’ll happily help.
If there is a little bit of water left in your reservoir
after a diffusing cycle:
No need to worry, this is totally normal. You’re
welcome to simply top it up and start running your
diffuser again.
