Watch the food during cooking and, i f n ec
essary, s tir the products with the plastic
soup ladle (2 2 ) o r spatula (2 3 ). Do n o t use
m e tal objects th at can scratch the non
stick coating o f the bowl (11).
«YOGURT» PROGRAM
- Pour milk and leaven into the cups (25) (see
the recipe book).
N ote: Use natural yogurt with m inimum shelf-life
free o f additives and coloring agents as a leaven.
You can make leaven by yourself from special
bacteria leaven (you can find it in a drugstore or
in health food stores) following the instructions
supplied.
- Install the filled cups (25) without the lids into
the bowl (11).
- Place the bowl (11) into the process chamber,
select the program and set the cooking time
(see “Using o f the m ulticooker” ).
- Cover cups with ready yogurt with lids and put
them into the fridge for several hours to stop
bacteria growth.
- You can add fruits, jam and honey in the ready
natural yogurt.
«FONDUE» PROGRAM
The unit is intended to cook the cheese fondue
and fondue with broth or vegetable oil. This pro
gram allows to select heating tem perature within
the range from 70° to 150°С. Recommended tem
perature for cooking the cheese fondue is from
70° to 80°С.
- You can preliminary marinade meat, shrimps
or fish. Cut the products into small pieces of
equal size.
- Do not use frozen products for making fondue.
- Pick the shrimps, pieces of meat, fish or veg
etables with the skewers.
Attention! Do not use metal objects th at can
scratch the non-stick coating o f the bowl.
Use special w ooden (bam boo) skewers.
- Dip products, strung on the forks, in the
heated broth/oil/cheese.
«MULTICOOK» PROGRAM
The «Multicook» program allows you to change
the tem perature and cooking time within the

range from 30°C to 150°C in accordance with your
needs and preferences.
Using the unit in «Fondue» and «Multicook»
programs
- Open the lid (4).
- Install the bowl (11) in the process chamber.
- Put the products into the bowl (11) (see the
recipe book). The volume of products must
not be above the maximum mark and below
the minimum mark.
- If you are cooking in the
«
M ulticook
»
program,
close the lid (4) tightly. If you are making fo n
due, leave the lid (4) open.
- Choose a cooking program (see «Using the
m ulticooker»), the tem perature indications
will be flashing.
- Use the buttons (17) «-/+» to set the required
temperature.
- Press the «TIME» button (16) and set the
cooking tim e using the buttons (17) «-/+».
- Press the «START» (14) button once to launch
the program.
- If you are making fondue, wait until the cheese
is melted and soup/oil heats up.
Note:
I f you a re m aking fondue, s tir the mixture o f
cheese and wine regularly. Avoid vigorous
boiling o f liquids. I f necessary, decrease the
tem perature. To do this, switch the cooking
program o f f and re -s e t the unit.
M em ory function
- In case of em ergency power c u to ff during the
unit operation the m em ory function with the
duration o f up to 2 hours is activated.
- If the power supply is restored within 2 hours
the unit will continue to perform the pre-set pro
gram from the moment it has been stopped at.
- If there is no power for more than 2 hours it is
necessary to program the unit again.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Remove the steam valve (6). Unscrew the lid
of the steam valve by turning it in the direction
of
