Temperature Calibration Settings
Click Config>Temperature>Temperature Calibration to go to the
following interface.
Please enter the ambient temperature and humidity accordingly.
Object Distance: The acutal distance between the camera and subject.
Emissivity: For human skin, this value is normally set at 95%.
Without VT-BB501 BlackBody Callibration Device
Blackbody: select “Close”
Temperature Correction Value = Thermometer Measurement
Temperature minus (-) Thermal Measurement Temperature.
After calibrating and saving the settings, it will take about 10 mins. for
the camera to be steady.
With VT-BB501 BlackBody Callibration Device
Blackbody: select “Open”.
Blackbody Temperature: Recommended
to set at “95°F” / “35°C” here.
Click the blackbody image and then “Save”.
The system will correct the temperature
automatically. After saving, it will take
about 5 minutes for the camera to be steady.

Blackbody Temperature Setting
Turn on the blackbody and then press “Up”
or “Down” to increase or decrease the
temperature value. It will take 20-30 minutes
for the blackbody to be steady.
