ROZKŁADANIE WÓZKA:
Potrzebne narzędzia: Wkrętak krzyżowy, klucz
płaski nr 10 i 13
ramę oparcia wraz z podłokietnikami
(element nr 1 i 6) umieścić w
prowadnicach ramy wózka, przełożyć
bolce blokujące przez odpowiadające im
otwory w ramie wózka,
zamocować koła – włożyć bagnet
mocujący koła (element nr 10) do ramy
wózka; zamocować koła wyposażone w
hamulce z tyłu wózka, koła bez hamulców
- z przodu, skręcić mocno śruby blokujące,
zamocować podnóżki (element nr 9) na
wieszakach ramy wózka i wychylić je
maksymalnie na zewnątrz aż do momentu
zablokowania zatrzasków, rozłożyć
platformy podnóżków (element nr 11),
podnóżki można odblokować przez
naciśnięcie dźwigni zatrzasku, i odchylenie
podnóżka w kierunku środka wózka,
wysokość podnóżka regulować przez
odkręcenie śruby blokującej (pod
platformą podnóżka), po ustaleniu
właściwej wysokości dokręcić śrubę
blokady wysokości,
zamocować pojemnik sanitarny,
przykryć nakładką deskę toaletową
(element nr 4),
wszystkie czynności demontażowe
przeprowadzić w kolejności odwrotnej do
montażu.
BEZPIECZEŃSTWO UŻYTKOWNIKA:
Wózek przeznaczony do użytkowania
wyłącznie wewnątrz pomieszczeń, do
korzystania z wyrobu niezbędna jest
pomoc opiekuna.
Wózek należy przenosić chwytając za
konstrukcję ramy. Nigdy nie należy
przenosić wózka za podłokietniki lub za
podnóżki.
Wózek nie nadaje się do pokonywania
barier architektonicznych (wysokie
podjazdy i stopnie, schody itp.),
ASSEMBLING THE WHEELCHAIR:
Necessary tools : screwdriver, open ended
spanner no. 10 and 13.
Attach the armrests (element no. 1 and 6)
– insert them into the wheelchair’s frame,
turn tight the blocking screws,
Attach the wheels – insert the wheel
bayonet lashing (element no. 10) into the
wheelchair frame; attach the wheels
equipped with brakes at the back of the
wheelchair, the wheels without brakes –
in the front, turn tight the blocking
screws,
Attach the footrest (element no. 9) and
lean them maximally outside till the
moment of latching the blockade. Unfold
the footrest platforms (element no. 11).
The footrest can be unblocked by pressing
the latch and leaning the platforms
towards the wheelchair’s inside,
The height of footrest can be regulated by
unscrewing the blocking screw placed
under the footrest platform. Having
chosen an appropriate height, tighten the
blocking screw,
Install the sanitary bin,
Install the toilet seat and cover it (element
no. 4),
Disassembly – follow all the above-
mentioned actions in opposite sequence.
SAFETY OF USING:
The wheelchair is designed for indoor use,
assistance of a caregiver is necessary to
use the wheelchair,
The wheelchair must be moved by
grasping the frame structure. Don’t ever
move the wheelchair by the armrests or
footrests.
The wheelchair cannot run over
architectural barriers (steps, driveways,
ramps),
