Wheelchair position calibration
If the error code E-024 (wheelchair position out of calibration) is present after starting,
perform the following steps on the rear controller:
Method 1:
• When the wheelchair is placed horizontally, the steering controller must be attached
in the correct installation position and must not be moved.
• Shortly press the power button .
• To go to the settings section, press the and buttons simultaneously.
• In the setting interface, short press the button to switch the parameter to F4.
• Shortly press the button which is confirmed by the flickering of the settings
screen.
• Press the button to select the parameter 1. Confirmation will be signaled by
an acoustic message.
• The wheelchair begins to calibrate automatically. You should wait until the process
is finished, which will be visible when the interface returns to its initial settings.
Method 2:
• When the wheelchair is placed horizontally, the steering controller must be attached
in the correct installation position and must not be moved.
• With the power off, press the button and hold for 10 seconds until the display
shows F4 and is confirmed with an audible message.
• The wheelchair begins to calibrate automatically. You should wait until the process
is finished, which will be visible when the interface returns to its initial settings.
After losing the battery energy, the wheelchair can still function as a rollator with hand
brakes. It is possible to transport a seated person weighing up to 100 kg.
