Using VLC to Play Streams

The MFR encoder is compatible with many IP video players, a simple freeware player is VLC Media 

Player. Users should download VLC Media Player and run the application.

VLC is a free media player and can be downloaded from:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.en_GB.html

•  Install the VLC Media Player application.

•  From the Media menu select the ‘Open Network Stream’ as shown below.
