Symptoms
No power
Remote control does not work
No picture and sound
Poor picture and sound
Audio can be heard but picture all white
or dark
Picture visible but no sound
Possible cause
• Blown fuse.
• Batteries incorrectly loaded,
dead or not fitted.
• Remote out of range.
• Incorrect or no connection
AV source.
• Interference from vehicle’s
electronics.
• Brightness control not set
correctly.
• Mute function on.
• Volume button on minimum
setting.
• Headphone 3.5mm jack in use.
What to do
• Replace fuse.
• Replace batteries.
• The remote has an effective
range less than 2m.
• Check the connection and
source AV unit.
• Locate and suppress
interference.
• Adjust brightness.
• Turn off mute.
• Turn up the volume.
• Remove headphones from the
3.5mm jack.
