17. Using the Camera in PC-Cam mode
The camera offers three USB modes: Removable Disk, PC Camera and Direct Print.
Note : Please install camera driver before you can use the camera in PC-Cam mode.
Setting Up the PC-Cam
1. Slide Function switch to (Capture Function).
2. Press the MODE button twice to turn ON/OFF function menu Press and to select
[USB Connection]. Press and to select [PC Cam].
3. Then connect the camera to the computer with the included USB cable.
4. There are many methods to view your image in PC-Cam mode if you have Video software.
For example:
A. Click “NetMeeting” Æ “Start Video”.
B. About Arcsoft software:
a. PhotoImpression 5: Click “file” on the
function menu Æ Click “Get photo” Æ
an icon on the browse pane
as shown on the right Æ “Live”.
b. VideoImpression 2: Click “Create a new video” Æ “Get from Album” Æ “Capture
Video”.
