Spot Monitor settings Etc

3) Clicking on the Etc.button will display the following menu

Skip Live channel

– If this is set to ON, any PTZ camera being controlled will

be removed from the Spot monitor sequence.

Monitor

– This allows to operator to select the monitor output the will display

any alarm events.

OSD On/Off

The Symbols and text displayed on screen can be
controlled:

1. The status bar can be set to off/ Always on or

be on for 5 or 10 seconds after a key press.

2. The Play back bar can be set to off/ Always

on or be on for 5 or 10 seconds after a key
press.

3. In multi screen the PTZ channel indicator can

be displayed or not.

4. In multi screen the Audio channel indicator

can be displayed or not.

5.  The Event indicator can be displayed or not.
6.  The camera title can be displayed or not.
7.  The PTZ indicator can be displayed or not.
8.  The  PTZ function can be set to time out after

a pre set time

9. In PTZ Mode, there is the option to select

which interfaces can control telemetry, e.g.
From Client or front panel can be disabled.
(Note: control is always available from remote
keyboard.

10.  Menu display ca be set to time out.
11.  Password entry can be set to time out.
12.  Blending

– the opacity of the OSD can be set

13. The Hard disk duration calculator can be

displayed.
