Main Display
This displays, at a glance, the current frequency selection and modulation
parameters. The top line also displays the lock status of the individual RF and ASI
inputs (√ = locked) and the video format detected by the decoder. The bottom
line displays the currently selected Decoder and Demodulator Modes.
Pressing the MENU key will take the operator to the main setup menus; pressing
MENU again at any point returns to this display.

Demodulator Menus
5.1.1.
Input
The unit provides configuration options for Frequency, Bandwidth, Guard
Interval and Polarity.
NOTE: In Dual LMS-T mode, the bandwidth shown is the combined width of the
two pedestals.
If you configure a frequency outside the range of the currently selected
downconverter, an ‘Invalid Frequency’ alarm triggers. To remedy this, change
the frequency setting or change the downconverter.
Demod Type allows the operator to select the required Modulation scheme being
used (LMS-T or DVB-T).
NOTE: In Dual Pedestal LMS-T mode, only Inputs 1 & 2 are active unless a four-
input license is active.
5.1.1.1.
Squelch (Future Option)
Squelch sets the way the unit handles the ASI output, depending on errors. With
Squelch off (recommended) the ASI signal passes on with error packets included.
With Squelch on, the unit mutes the ASI signal above a defined error rate.
5.1.2.
Setup Downconverters
The unit allows configuration to select the downconverter type and to turn on
power to the downconverter.
The unit lists all current Vislink downconverters. You can enter the Local
Oscillator (LO) frequency of any unlisted downconverter by selecting the OTHER
option.
To enter the incoming UHF frequency directly, select NONE. With NONE
selected, downconverter power is disabled.
The polarity can be set to take into account low or high side mixing in the
downconverters.
NOTE: Unlike previous receivers, the UltraReceiver Low Delay does not currently
allow mix of LO’s across inputs.
5.1.3.
Enable Downconverters
Use to enable DC power to up to four downconverters.
