Visioneer

Rabbit™ PC30dwn

User Guide

Problem:

If the USB cable is disconnected during a print, the device does not reconnect when the USB

cable is plugged back in.

Unplug the power cable from the device, and then plug it back in.

If the device does not reconnect:

Unplug the power cable from the device.

Restart your computer.

After the restart is complete, plug the power cable back in.

Light Troubleshooting Codes

Status Light

■

Steady green

: indicates the device is ready.

■

Flashing green

: indicates that the device is working.

■

Flashing red

: the device is reporting an error.

Network Light

■

Steady white

: Wi-Fi + ethernet are connected.

■

Blinking green

: ethernet only is connected.

■

Steady blue

: Wi-Fi only is connected.

■

Blinking blue

: Wi-Fi Direct only is connected.

Ready Light

■

Steady green:

indicates that the device is on and ready.

■

No light

: indicates that the device is off

Error Codes

The status light indicates the current state of the device. If your device experiences hardware problems,
the status light turns red. See
