Preparations
Unpacking Pitcher, Reservoir and Filter 1
Hand wash pitcher, lid and reservoir with a
soft cloth soaked in mild detergent and water.
Do not use abrasive cleaners. Rinse well.
Prepare the Filter

NOTE: Do not wash the pitcher in dishwasher.
Soak the filter upright in cold water for 10 minutes,
gently shaking it to remove air bubbles. Then rinse
filter under running tap water for a few seconds.
TIP: Use purified water to immerse the filter for
better filtering effect activation.
Installation the Filter

Press the filter firmly down into the tube of the
reservoir to ensure a tight seal.
Put the reservoir back to pitcher, and cover
with the lid.
Fill the reservoir with cold tap water and allow
the water to filter through.
Discard your first two pitchers of filtered water
(about 3L water), or use this water for plants.
TIP: It is normal to appear grey water in your first two filterings because of the carbon dust.
