This range features an automatic pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle.  During
this cycle, the oven reaches elevated tempertures in order to burn off
soil and deposits.  A powder ash residue is left in the bottom of the
oven after completion of the self-clean cycle.  The door latch is
automatically activated after selecting the self-clean setting.  The latch
ensures that the door cannot be opened while the oven interior is at
clean temperatures.

There is no special care required for the infrared broiler.  It is designed
as self-contained unit, and no adjustments or cleaning are possible.  Do
not attempt to clean it.  Its own operation burns off any impurities
which may condense on it.

Clean the broiler pan and grid after each use with detergent and hot
water.  for stubborn spots, use a soap-filled steel wool pad.  The broiler
pan and grid is also dishwasher safe.
