• Before removing food, make sure the cutting blade has stopped completely.
• Risk of injury! When handling the blade, be careful, especially when removing and washing.
• If you are using an extension cable, its capacity must be sufficient to powering the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance if you have damp hands or stand on a damp floor. Do not touch the power cord
plug with the wet hands.
• Do not open the appliance cover under any circumstances. Do not put any foreign objects inside the
cover.
• Do not place heavy objects on the appliance. Do not place objects with open flame, such as candles,
next to the appliance. Do not place containers with water, such as vases, on or near the appliance.
• Connect the plug to an easily accessible socket for cases when the appliance needs to be disconnected
immediately. Remove the plug from the electrical outlet to shut down the appliance completely.
• If the appliance overheats, stop using it and disconnect it from the socket.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
• Always dry the appliance and its accessories before plugging in and fastening accessories.
• Always switch off the appliance before disconnecting it from the socket.
• Carefully clean the appliance before use.
• Keep hands, hair, clothing and any tools out of reach of the cutting blade during use to prevent injury or
damage to the appliance.
• The appliance is intended for short-term use only. After use longer than 7 minutes, allow it to cool for at
least 30 minutes. Never overload the appliance.
• Never use the appliance before it is properly assembled, including the blade and feeder table.
• Any other than intended use may result in damage to the appliance, other material damage or injury.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or use contrary to this manual.
INTENDED USE
This appliance is only suitable for slicing food stuff, e.g. meats, cheese, fruit, vegetables and breads, etc.
The food to be sliced must be thawed, unpacked and free from bones before it can be sliced with the
appliance. Do not use it for slicing frozen food, bones or for any other purpose.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Unpack the appliance carefully and remove all packaging materials and retain for future use.
WARNING!
Packaging materials are not toys. Children should not play with the packaging materials,
as they pose a risk of swallowing and suffocation!
• Check for the presence of all parts and for transport damage. In case of damages or incomplete de

livery, please contact your dealer.
• Removable accessories that come into contact with food should be washed with warm water using
kitchen detergent. Then rinse them under running water and dry thoroughly. Refer to the Cleaning and
Maintenance chapter for more information.
