PREPARATIONS
6.1 THE CASE
:
REMOVING THE VJ-4 FROM THE CASE
• Place the case flat on the floor, table or other stable surface.
• After opening the case, first remove the insertion tube from the case, handling it gently.
• After the insertion tube is removed, use your other hand to grip and remove the
base unit.
6.2 POWER SUPPLY PREPARATIONS
REMOVING THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT
Using your thumb and forefinger, press the two buttons on the sides of the battery
chamber at the base of the handle and gently remove the battery compartment from
the handle. (Fig. 6-2).
