RS-232 Protocol
This document describes the hardware interface and software protocols of RS-232
serial communication between the ViewSonic LED Display and computers or control
systems.
RS-232 Hardware Specification
ViewSonic RS-232 serial port on the lower left side:

2. Use of straight-through parallel cable for connection
