Shutting down the system

Please note
The photovoltaic modules must be covered before any work on the compo-
nents of the photovoltaic system begins, to prevent equipment damage.
This prevents electrical current from flowing and enables correct maintenance
to be carried out.
Electrically isolate the system on the DC
and AC sides (e.g. by switching OFF the
DC isolator and a main isolator) and
safeguard against unauthorised recon-
nection.
Cleaning photovoltaic modules
For shading through fallen leaves or
other contamination, clean the photovol-
taic modules
with a damp cloth

NEVER use aggressive cleaning
agents.
Checking the inverter
See the inverter "Operating and installa-
tion instructions".
Checking the function of the safety equipment
Check the earth bonding connections on
the substructure of the photovoltaic mod-
ules (if installed).
Checking the electrical connections
Check the tightness of the electrical
plug-in connectors and cable grommets;
check cables for damage.
