1.
Place the control unit base on the
boiler.
Boiler temperature sensor
is shipped
with the boiler control.
2.
Carefully push high limits and boiler
temperature sensor
into sensor
wells as far as possible. Lay excess
sensor cabling and capillary tubing on
insulation.
3.
Place the front insulation blanket in
position (with black side facing
outwards) and run the capillaries and
the burner cable through opening.
4.
Open strain-reliefs located on front
panel.
5.
Position the bottom of the front panel
at an angle into the hooks on the base
plate and hook onto the retaining
brackets.
6.
Run the plug-in connector of the burner
cable through the strain-relief clamp
and through the opening in the front
wall of the boiler, and place on the
boiler shell.
7.
Insert the control base in front panel.
Fasten with supplied rivets (shipped
with boiler control).
8.
Position the bottom of the side panels
with the hooks in the openings of the
front and rear panel, raise slightly and
hook in at the top.

Do not kink capillaries. Proper
operation of sensors is not possible if
capillaries are kinked.
WARNING
IMPORTANT
Always route all cables and capillaries
between nylon-backed insulation and
metal enclosure panels. Never allow
cables and capillaries to come in
direct contact with metal pressure
vessel!
