Setting the DIP switch

In the delivered condition, the DIP switches are set to
"OFF". The functions are disabled.
If interface RS485 is used, set DIP switches 1 and 2 to
"ON". If the Vitogate 300 is at the beginning or end of
the RS485 network, set DIP switch 3 to "ON".
