Cause
Remedy

The power plug is not plugged in.
■
An ON/OFF switch installed on site has not been
switched on.
■
Insert the power plug into the socket.
■
Turn on the mains isolator.
There is no power at the socket.
Check the fuse in the power distribution board (main
domestic fuse).
"HOLIDAY"
operating program is selected.
Use
to select the required operating program.
Your DHW heat pump has only just shut down and can-
not restart immediately.
No action required.
The minimum stop time is active. Wait approx. 5 mi-
nutes.
A message (
"ER 0"
to
"ER 10"
) is displayed.
Notify your contractor. Tell your contractor which fault
message is being displayed.
No input is possible at the programming unit
