3.2.1 Activate/deactivate user access code
To do this, press the function key
"Activate/deactivate access code".
If the function is activated, the user access code is requested each
time before a recording is played back. Once the key has been
pressed, the date and time the system was last accessed will be
dis-
played for two seconds.
Enter your user password as the access code and confirm with OK.
If the system is set for inactive function, it is not necessary to
entry your access code.
(Important note: your recordings are then not protected against
external access.)
3.2.2 Switch loudspeaker on /off
With the " Switch loudspeaker on/off"
function key you can switch the built-in
speaker on and off when you play back
calls. Calls can also be played via the
optiset E handset or a headphone
connected externally.
The volume can be controlled using the +/– keys.
