A.To add a device as local device, make sure that your mobile phone and the camera
are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
B.If the IR indicator flashes quickly

around three times per second), please reset the
camera and then try again.
C.If the IR indicator turns off, but the device failed to connect to the phone, please use
“Auto Search in LAN” to connect.
4. IR Indicator Status
Camera is starting up: The IR indicator lights up and remains lit.
The camera has finished start up and is ready for Wi-Fi connection: The IR indicator
flashes slowly (around once per second).
Wi-Fi connection succeeded: The IR indicator turns off.
Wi-Fi connection failed: The IR indicator flashes quickly

around three times per
second).
When you press and hold the reset button: The IR indicator flashes slowly till the
camera restarts.
During normal operation, when IR LED starts flashing slowly, it means both LAN and
WiFi networks are disconnected, please pay attention.
If local microSD recording is in use, please change communication protocol from
Default (Protocol2) to Protocol3 for playback functionality.
