1 General warnings
Read all the instructions and warnings carefully before using
this product. Failure to follow warnings and instructions can
result in severe injury, death, or property damage. Before
installation, check if all accessories are complete and without
damage. If not, contact customer service. Keep these
instructions in a safe place for future reference. Use this
product with its original parts only. vidaXL cannot be held
responsible in the event of damage or injury due to incorrect
use of this product. The information contained in this manual is
believed to be correct at the time of printing. However, vidaXL
reserve the right to change or modify any of the specifications
without notice or obligation to update existing units. Repairs
should only be carried out by a specialist or a professional and
experienced technician. Never attempt to repair the product
yourself.

This product is designed for Christmas decoration and should
be used for this purpose only.

4 Warnings and personal safety
•
Do not connect this product to any power supply or adapter
other than the one described in the manual, the name plate
or specifically recommended by VidaXL.
•
This product must not be used by children below 14 years,
persons with special needs or reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities and lack of experience concerning the
use of electronic appliances.
•
Electricity is dangerous. Damage and improper use or
alteration such as replacement of the individual
components can lead to the product damage and the mains
wiring, resulting in electric shock and serious injuries to the
user.
•
DO NOT operate this product in the presence of explosives
such as flammable liquids, gases and dust or in the extreme
temperatures and above 50 degrees Celsius.
•
DO NOT switch on the product if the connecting cable or
the adapter is visibly damaged.
•
DO NOT open or insert anything into the electrical fittings
or the equipment. Doing this can lead to serious danger and
even electric shock.
•
If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is
damaged, contact an experienced technician or an
authorised service centre for a replacement to avoid a
hazard.
•
Turn off the power during installation and maintenance.
Make sure the bulbs have cooled down.
•
The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when
the light source reaches its end of life the replace the
product.
•
This product is intended for outdoor use.

Assembly instructions

6 Maintenance and cleaning
Always use a dry and soft cloth to clean the product. Do not use
any cloth dipped in paint, organic solvent or chemicals. Always
disconnect the product from the mains supply or turn off the
mains supply when not in use and while cleaning.
