CONGRATULATIONS! You have just purchased the Victory EMHD embankment flail mower, the
strongest, safest, and the most compact PTO-driven flail mower in its category.

We have compiled this Operator

’s manual to help you understand and appreciate your

flail mower.

Taking some time to read this manual and understand the Safety, Operating, and Maintenance
instructions will give you better performance and extend the life of your equipment. You must read
this manual before assembling and operating the device.
