Parmesan and Black Pepper Popcorn
Ingredients:
• 8 cups PopAir popped popcorn (approximately 1/2 cup unpopped)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1-2 teaspoons coarse cracked black pepper
• 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1. Melt butter in measuring lid of popper while popping the popcorn.
2. Pour melted butter over top of popped popcorn and toss to coat.
3. Sprinkle pepper and parmesan cheese over buttered popcorn and toss to
distribute.
4. Serve and enjoy!
Caramel Apple Popcorn
Ingredients:
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 10 cups PopAir popped popcorn
• 2 cups dehydrated apple slices*
1. Combine popped corn and dehydrated apples in a large bowl.
2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and line a cookie sheet with a silicone insert
or parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Melt butter and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in
salt and corn syrup and allow to come to a boil. After boiling for 5 minutes,
remove from the heat and stir in baking soda. The mixture will foam up, so
stir quickly. Pour the hot mixture over the popcorn and apples.
4. Spread the popcorn mixture on the prepared cookie sheet and place into
the preheated oven. For soft caramel, leave in the oven for 30 minutes (stir-
ring every 10 minutes). For crisp caramel, leave in the oven for 60 minutes
(stirring every 10 minutes). Allow to cool.
5. Serve and enjoy!
