Tech Tips
1.) Power down all components before wiring.
2.) Verify that the address DIP Switch (S1) is set to "address 1".
3.) Verity that the configuration DIP Switch (S2) is set correctly (RS422, Duplex, VPS in OFF position;
NTSC or PAL selected per appropriate system).
4.) When using shielded twisted-pair cable, the shield is used as the ground (G) wire.
5.) Plug the adapter into the computer serial port (COM 1 or COM 2) before the computer has been
powered on.
