CLEANING 

•  Before cleaning, disconnect the kettle from electrical currents and make sure 

it has cooled down.

•  Never immerse any part of the cable, plug, electrical base cable or kettle in 

water or any other liquid.

•  Leave the appliance to cool down before carrying out any cleaning.
•  Do not use sprays to clean the appliance
•  Do not use cleaning products that contain chlorine, ammonia or bleach.
•  Do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents (e.g. dried products, stain 

removers or metal sponges).

•  Do not use rough, abrasive materials or sharp metal scrapers.

The outside of the kettle

Clean the external surface of the kettle with a  wet cloth and then dry with a dry 
cloth. Do not use chemical products or abrasive detergents that could damage 
the surface of the kettle.

Inside the kettle

After a period of time, lime scale may appear inside the kettle.
To remove the lime scale:
1.  Fill the kettle with water halfway and add lemon juice
2.  Boil the water and leave to rest for 15 minutes before emptying the kettle.
3.  Repeat these steps a few times,  at least twice, using only cold water.

IDENTIFICATION SEAL

The identification seal carries technical data, the serial number and the branding. 
The identification seal must never be removed.

The symbol of the crossed bin that appears on the appliance indicates that the 
product, at the end of its use of life, must be treated separately from domestic 
waste, it must be placed in a differentiated waste collection facility for electrical 
appliances and electronics or returned to the seller at the moment of a new 
purchase of an equivalent appliance. The appropriate differentiated garbage 

disposal  is needed in order to start the production of  recycled appliances , 
with environmentally friendly treatment and disposal, which contributes to 
the prevention of negative environmental and health effects  and favours 
the recycling of materials of which it is composed. The user is responsible for 
disposing  the appliance at the end of its life in the correct waste disposal facility. 
For more detailed information regarding  waste classification, contact your 
local waste disposal service, or the place where the item was bought. Whoever 
abandons or throws away this appliance and does not take it to a differentiated 
waste disposal facility for electric and electronic waste  may be punished with 
financial administrative sanctions provided for by  abusive waste disposal law.
 

   

WARRANTY

VICEVERSA guarantees the product for two years from the date of purchase. 
The electrical appliance was made using the latest production techniques and 
has undergone quality controls . VICEVERSA guarantees the perfect conditions 
of the product. 

We will repair all production or material defects before the warranty ends. In 
order for the warranty to be permitted, all claims must be accompanied with 
original proof of purchase. 

In the event of malfunctioning and in particular, damages to the electric cable, 
contact the supplier VICEVERSA and during this period, do not use the kettle.

In view of continuing improvement, VICEVERSA reserves the right to make 
changes and improvements to the product in question without prior notification.
