CONNECTIONS AND OPERATION
Once all the components included in the package and its
connections are identified:

the speed to "0 rpm"

Insert the drill (not included in this equipment) into the
micromotor handpiece

. To do this, follow the following
steps:
●
Hold the micromotor handpiece with your hand and note
that in the central part there is a small movement towards
one direction.
●
Following the same direction of rotation, turn it firmly unit
you hear "click". With this movement the support of the
drill will be free and can be removed.
●
Replace the drill, so that its support is at least 1 cm. inside
and it is correctly settled. The length of the protruding
part of the support of the drill must not exceed 3,5 cm.
●
Turn the moving part of the handpiece in the opposite
direction to the previous point until you hear "click" again.
●
Check that the drill is correctly settled by pulling it out
and checking it does not move at all. - Plug the power
cable of the control unit to the power supply

Next, there are 2 ways to use the micromotor:
1. To use the micromotor without the foot controller:

On the control unit

and adjust the speed progressively to the
desired "rpm"

To change the direction of rotation of the drill, press the
switch to the OFF position "O"

and select the desired
direction of rotation

. Press again the switch to the ON

to start it up.

To stop it, press the switch to the OFF position "O"

.
2. To use the micromotor with the foot controller:
●
On the control unit

, press the switch to the OFF
position "O" 4 .
●
Activate the foot controller

●
Adjust the speed progressively to the desired "rpm"

●
To change the direction of rotation of the drill, stop
operating the foot controller

and select the desired
direction of rotation

. Reactivate the foot controller

to start it up.
●
To stop it, stop operating the foot controller

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
● To remove the dust, use a dry cloth.
●
In case it is necessary to change the fuse: remove the
cover
9
, remove the fuse and replace it with one of the
same characteristics (T2A/250V). Put the cover again 9 .
●
The brushes of micromotor must be periodically checked,
since in case of being in bad conditions the equipment
could be damaged.
●
To change them, use the micromotor for 1 minute without
any drill. Then, switch off the equipment and unplug from
the power supply. Follow the 3 following steps:
1. Unscrew the final part of the handpiece.
2. Unscrew the 2 screws on each side.
3. Replace the brushes with new ones, and then screw
the final part of the handpiece again.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
●
Before connecting and starting up the product, read the
user manual carefully.
●
Unplug the product from power supply before starting the
cleaning, any maintenance or changing the drill.
●
Before plugging the product to the power supply, make
sure that the ON/OFF switch is in OFF position (O).
●
Do not use the equipment outdoors or in any place where
it may be affected by inclement weather or humidity.
● Do not use the product with a rusted, bend or damaged
head or drills. All heads or drills must comply with the ISO
standards that apply to them.
●
Start using the device at low speed. Check that there are
no vibrations or problems. Then, progressively increase to
the desired "rpm" following the table "RPM adjustment
according to the diameter of the drill".
●
Do not drop the handpiece, as it could be damaged.
●
If the power supply cable is damaged, unplug the device
immediately and inform your distributor or specialized
technician.
●
When device is not in use, unplug from the power supply.
● If any anomaly in operation the product is detected,
consult your distributor or specialized technician.
●
Place the device where it cannot be reached by a child or
unauthorized person.
●
If you don't have a technical expert at your disposal for
maintenance or repairing any part of the product, contact
your distributor or specialized technician.

If you have to get rid of any part or accessory of this product,
please check the local and state laws that apply to waste
management and environment.
