Insert the Short Pad Tubes (15) into the
Leg Lever (14).

Slide a Foam Pads (17) onto each end of
the Long Pad Tube (33) and Short Pad
Tubes (15).

Then, press a Pad Cap (39) into each
Pad Tubes (15, 33).
