Maintaining the Device
The following are Operator Level procedures that may be performed by the user.
Storing the Device
Module Installed in Chassis
To prepare the Chassis and Module for long-term storage:
• Disconnect all accessory cords from Front and Rear Panel Connectors.
•
Cover the connectors with suitable dust cover to prevent tarnishing of connector
contacts.
•
Refer to Chassis specifications for proper storage environment.
Module Removed from Chassis
To prepare the Module for long-term storage:
• Remove Module from Chassis.
• Place Module in ESD protective packaging.
• Refer to Module specifications for proper storage environment.
Visual Inspections
Visual inspections should be performed periodically depending on operating environment,
maintenance and use.
• Check the presence and condition of all warning labels and markings and supplied
safety information.
CAUTION
This Device does not contain user serviceable parts. Servicing should only be performed
by Qualified Service Personnel.
