Sit with your backside snug up against the pelvic
seatback.
Use the furthest back lever on your left to adjust the
seat depth either forward or backward so that your
hips and lower back feel well supported.
Use the most forward lever on your left to adjust the
seat to fl oor height so taht you rhips are higher than
your knees. Assume a variety of sitting positions
including raising it higher and resting your feet on the
base. Once your chair is set up, there are no rules.
With the seat pan level, use the horizontal lever on
your right to adjust the mobility of the CoreChair
mechanism.
Move the lever all the way back to achieve the
highest resistance. You can still move, but not as
freely.
Move the lever all the way forward or lowest
resistance. This position will require some balance
that will develop naturally in time.
