If you experience a problem with your appliance, check in the 
following table for a solution to help you solve the problem. If 
after these checks the issue has not been solved, contact Viali 
customer care for advice.

 

If power failure occurs during an ice making cycle, small ice 
chips may form and lodge in the ice shovel causing it to jam. If 
this occurs, the ice chips may be removed by disconnecting the 
power cord and gently pushing the ice shovel to the rear of the 
cabinet and removing the ice chips. When the ice shovel cannot 
remove the ice to the ice basket, push the ice shovel gently.
