NOTE:

  This section covers some very technical items and it is 

strongly recommended to leave the default settings as is unless you 

are an experienced user. 

PNP OS Installed 

Setting Description 

Yes 

BIOS will only initialize the PnP cards used for booting 
(VGA, IDE, SCSI).  The rest of the cards will be initialized 
by the PnP operating system

Reset Configuration Data 

This field should usually be left “Disabled”.

Resets the ESCD (Extended System Configuration Data) 
after exiting BIOS Setup if a newly installed PCI card or
