Thermal Monitor Bus Ratio
This item sets the frequency (bus ratio) of the throttled
performance that will be initiated when the on-die thermal sensor
reaches a specified temperature.

Any integer from 0
to 255
The value will determine the bus ratio.

Description
0.700V to 1.708V
Increments of 0.016.
