3 First commissioning

OIL

Vetus engines are normally equipped
with Technodrive or ZF-Hurth gear-
boxes.

In case your engine is equipped with
another brand of gearbox follow the in-
structions given in the supplied owners
manual.

3 Filling gearbox with oil

Fill the gearbox with oil.

Check the oil level with the dipstick, see page
