Install the monitor in the driver’s cab so that the monitor does not obstruct
or impede any functions or elements of the industrial truck.
Install and connect an ATEX-compliant camera monitor as per the supplied oper-
ating manual and the PIN assignment listed in the technical data.

Restrict the intake current!
The operator of the overall system (industrial truck) must prevent exces-
sive current consumption (fault current) by the electrical components by
means of suitable technical devices in order to prevent damage to the
assistance system.
– Always ensure the permissible supply voltage of 12 - 24 V DC with
power consumption of max. 0.5 W.

Establish the plug connection between the Smart

(plug connector of type GHG57,
ATEX-certified, Fig. 8) and the cable connection for the lift mast connector (observe the
enclosed cable diagram). Clean the plug connector before establishing the connection.
Matching plug connections should be securely connected and, if necessary, secured to
prevent unintended unplugging. Ensure that all plug connections are secure.
