• Only use enamel, aluminium, flexible pipe or non-flammable material with an

inner diameter of 120-150mm.

•  Keep expansion pipes short and straight.
•  Do not reduce the size of the expansion pipe.
•  When using an expansion pipe, always install the pipe pulled out to minimize

pressure loss.

• Failure to observe these instructions will reduce the performance and

increases noise levels of the cooker hood.

• Do not connect the ducting system of the cooker hood to any existing

ventilation system that is being used for any other appliance.

•  The angle of the bend of the expansion pipe should not be less than 120º.
•  Level the cooker hood after installation to avoid grease collection at one end.
•  Make sure that the expansion pipe complies with relevant standards and is

fire retardant.
