The glasses are matt after the washing 

1- If there isn’t any rinse aid at the rinse aid compartment. Please fill with rinse aid. 
                       

 

 
2- If the rinse aid level is very high; rainbow image can be seen on the glasses. Please adjust 
the the rinse aid level to low. 
 
3- If the water hardness is very low; stains which resembles the milk stains  can be occured.  
At this condition; don’t fill the salt and adjust water hardness setting to the lowest position. 
                                  

 

 
4- If the salt compartment cap isn’t closed properly; matt image has been seen as shown on the  
above  picture.

                   

 
                          

 

 

 
5- If there is no salt in the salt compartment, calcification might be seen on the glass.
